Q: Is this a "Hotel Takeover"?
A: Yes! Friday and Saturday we have 100% of the hotel. No kids, no old people, no single guys and no outsiders. Just 200+ sexy couples with the place all to ourselves.
Q: Why/How are there so many couples booked already?
A: Last years convention was completely sold out. All of the good rooms go fast book now so you don't miss out on this amazing party.
Q: When can I register?
A: Now! Since this is the only event of it's kind in Canada, it will sell out quickly. If you really want to go, you should sign up immediately.
Q: Can I stay at another hotel and still go to all of the parties?
A: Yes, we have a limited number of event only passes available. The Event Only passes are limited.
Q: If I live in Niagara Falls but I can't come for the entire event, which parties can I buy tickets for and how much are they?
A: We may offer some passes to the two nightclub parties (Friday and Saturday night). It will depend on occupancy levels and if we do offer individual tickets, they will be on a very limited basis.
Q: What are the theme nights at TABOTA: Niagara Falls?
A: Friday night is a "Sex Toys & Chocolate" and Saturday night is the "Leather and Lace Fantasy Ball."
Q: What kind of music can we expect?
A: We are going to have some great techno, trance and house music each night, but we will be playing this later in the night, as we will be starting each night with more of a "Top 40" groove. Good party music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s will also be played.
Q: Can Single guys attend?
A: TABOTA: Niagara Falls is a couples and single females only event.
Q: Can we share a room with another couple? Can we "Adopt" someone?
A: Two couples can share a room. One couple can book a room package and the other may book the Event Only Package
Q: What is the cancellation Policy?
A: Refunds, minus 40% of the total package price, will be given if written notice is received by TABOTA: Niagara Falls no later than 60 days prior to event. Absolutely, no refunds will be issued after that date. NO REFUNDS will be made if you do not cancel and do not show!
Q: What if we want to cancel and have no penalty?
A: We try to be as fair as possible, but our cancellation policies are in place for everyone and has to be followed. It costs us money to process and then to refund credit cards. We pay a 3rd party to put everyone's information in our database, to update our accounting and to send out confirmation letters. After January 1st, we start printing name badges, registration forms, envelopes, etc...
